How To Remove Bios Password In Thinkpad T400S, T410S And T510S

As you know, in ThinkPad laptops, you should jump security chip pin 5 and 6 to remove Bios password.

Note: it might not work on some ThinkPad series, if so; I suggest you to remove security chip (IC), then password would be removed.
Note: number of security chip on motherboard is U77
IC: PCA24S08DP-T
